7th Avenue: SPRING RTW '15
This is my very first collection that I designed for my Sophomore year in school. It incorporates machine knitted sweater, a draped dress, and sporty skirts. I am constantly stating this, but yet again I was inspired by streetwear. I wanted to design a summer collection that has a touch of sporty elements, a play on mesh and interesting metal chain details. I never was one to play with much color, so I stayed true to that by having a monochrome collection. I think white is such a bold and daring color to wear all in one outfit, but it also looks so clean and edgy. I had such a fun time creating these pieces as I just experimented with a lot of new medians and techniques.
